Clients Sing His Praises

As a singer in one of the hottest country music bands in Eastern Iowa, Dave Woods is naturally outgoing and loves to meet new people. He's at ease one-on-one or in front of a crowd. Dave was born and raised in Cedar Falls and brings years of sales experience to the table. He bends over backwards to help his clients buy or sell a home. A good listener and problem solver, Dave strives to give his very best to each and every client, whether they are first-timers or seasoned buyers.    

Step by Step

Dave considers every client to be a blessing, and he treats his clients with great respect. He enjoys getting to know them, learning about their needs, and helping them through every step of the process. When he's not working, Dave loves spending time with his wife, watching football, and singing and playing the guitar. His other favorite pastimes include exploring the outdoors, running, biking, and lifting weights.
